* F&N: says that the sale of its Heineken-APB China to China Resources Snow Breweries will not take place as originally intended.
* In property news, Spore 1Q12 private homes sold fell 0.1% yoy, vs +0.2% in the prevous quarter.
F&N sees moderate take up of 125 units (out of 492 total) at the launch of its Palm Isles residential project at Flora Drive.
Oxley says its shop and café units at Oxley Tower at 138 Robinson Road were sold out, while 60% of its office units were taken up. The developer is exploring options to raise funds for working capital.
