UE E&C: Co has been awarded $89m EC development contract at Pasir Ris Drive 3/Pasir Ris Link. This contract was awarded by co's 30% owned JV which was first announced on 17 Oct.
In a separate announcement co has also been awarded the development of the National Continuing Education & Training Campus at Paya Lebar Central for $94m. The project period is for 20 mths and is expected to be completed by Aug 2013. Co is currently trading at a P/E of 1.8x, P/B 0.5x.
