CMA & CMT & Capitaland: Following the successful JV for the Jurong Gateway Site. CMA (50% stake), CMT (30%) and Capitaland (20%) will provide financing to co-owned Infinity Mall Trust and Infinity Office Trust in the proportion of their shareholdings through unitholder loans. The total commitment of the parties are $1.6b including external borrowings.
Most recently, CMT did a priv placement for $250m in gross proceeds and still has $387m in cash as of last reported end-Sep which will likely be sufficient to meet its commitments.
