Rowsley

Rowsley: In a feature by The Business Times, Rowsley guided that there are several openings that the group is eyeing, following Peter Lim’s recent successful acquisition of Spanish Football Club Valencia. Top on the group’s ‘wish list’, are plans to take part in the redevelopment of Valencia’s old Mestalla stadium, which is situated near the city centre, with Roswley seeing consultancy and real estate opportunities, with the group already submitting a proposal for feasibility study to get involved in the project. The firm is indeed eyeing several openings that have arisen now, following Peter Lim’s acquisition of Valencia, with Rowsley's wish list to redevelop Valencia's old Mestalla stadium, where they see consultancy and real estate opportunities that may open up, and so are submitting a proposal (to Mr Lim) for a feasibility study to get involved in the project,. Rowsley is hopeful that it can help work with the existing architect to add the finishing touches to the half-completed new ultra-modern Valencia football stadium where work was stalled in 2009 after running into financial woes. At the same time, Roswley is keeping close tabs to the launch of its much-awaited Vantage Bay in Malaysia's Iskandar. Vantage Bay is nearly ready for launch, but there are market-driven hurdles. Owing to recent property curbs on foreign buyers in Malaysia and rising supply in the residential space, with some buyers now taking a wait-and-see attitude. It is this and expectations of softening property prices that Rowsley is closely monitoring.
