Global Yellow Pages: Has received the green light from shareholders for its proposed A$35.6m ($41.4m) acquisition of Gloria Jean's Coffees and "It's A Grind" global intellectual property rights, master franchisor business and global supply chain business. At the EGM held on Monday, shareholders also voted in favour of the renounceable, partially underwritten rights cum warrants issue and a proposed placement of up to 300m new shares to Goubuli International Investment.
