Pteris Global
Pteris Global: Majorshareholder and Director of loss-making Pteris Global, Winston Tan, is calling for an EGM to obtain shareholders' approval to remove five of its 10 directors, citing that they have failed to build value for shareholders.
Last year, Tianda Group, a passenger boarding bridge manufacturer and operator owned by Chinese manufacturer China International Marine Containers, proposed to launch a reverse takeover (RTO) on Pteris.
Tan, who has a deemed stake of 10.54% said that "the RTO pricing is too low" and do not seem to serve shareholders' interest.
