Pteris: China International Marine Containers (Hong Kong) (CIMC), the parent of Shenzhen CIMC-Tianda Airport Support (TAS)- which Pteris proposed to acquire in return for a 75% shareholding, has stated that it is not interested to change the terms of the legally-binding MOA. CIMC intends to take necessary steps to protect its interests in the event the existing directors are removed at the EGM, which will be held on 25 Apr at 9am.
