CCM Group: Proposed to disposed its loss-making construction business, CCM Industrial (CCMI), for $1. The disposal will allow the group to put greater focus on its property development business. Proforma NTL/share will be reduced to 2.38¢ (from 6.9¢), while LPS will be reduced from 16.1¢ to 0.73¢.
