Total development cost is estimated at $105.1m and TOP is expected by 2H15. With this development, portfolio WALE will be lengthened to 4.1 years from current 3.1 years, while average age of buildings within the portfolio will be reduced from 5.8 years to 4.9 years. Total deposited property will increase by 8.6% to $1.17b.
