Blumont

Blumont subsidiary, G1 Investments has been asked by the Commercial Affairs Dept (CAD) for assistance with investigations into an offence under the Securities and Futures Act. The CAD has requested for access to all corporate electronic data from 1 Jan '11 to -date, IT eqpt and data storage devices (if any) belonging to Mr Neo Kim Hock (Chairman) and Mr James Hong Gee Ho (executive director). Mr Hong has also been requested to assist with the CAD in its investigations and he has indicated his cooperation. Blumont says the business and operations of the company are not affected by the investigations and will continue as normal .
