Soilbuild Construction: Group was awarded a $20m contract from Rigel Technology for the design and building of Rigel's new headquarters at Changi Business Park. The project involves the erection of a 6-storey building with roof amenities and semi-basement carpark on plot 18 on Changi Business Park, and will house Rigel Technology's research and development activities. The project will last for a period of 14 months from the date of commencement, which is currently subjected to approval. Based on its last closing price of $0.325, Soilbuild Contruction trades at a historical P/E of 7.3x.
