Overseas Education

Overseas Education: Wholly-owned subsidiary Overseas Family School (OFSL) has received a letter of offer from the Singapore Land Authority on 13 Jun, for the direct alienation of state land located at Pasir Ris Drive 3 for $28m. The land has an area of ~49,865 sqm and has a term of 30 years, commencing from the date of OFSL's acceptance. The letter of offer shall lapse after 25 Jul 2013- OFSL has already indicated its acceptance to SLA.
