Oceanus

Oceanus: Group announced a rights issue on the basis of 38-for-100 at exercise price of $0.029. The rights issue will raise up to $29m and will be used primarily for general working capital (54%), repayment of loans (39%), reconstruction of facilities (5.5%) and the remaining for the repayment of bank loans.
