Upcoming IPOs: i) Halcyon Agri: the Indonesia-based rubber company which processes natural rubber in Indonesia and exports to int'l customers such as tyre makers, is on track for a second bid to list in Spore, just over a year after it failed to do so via an RTO of NH Ceramics. Halcyon has lodged its preliminary offer document for a Catalist listing. It intends to go for a full placement exercise. PrimePartners is the mgr, sponsor and lead placement agent, while UOBK is the co-placement agent. ii) Logistics Holdings: the construction firm aims to raise some $6m in an IPO via a Catalist listing, with a placement of 42m shares at $0.23/sh
