Uni-Asia: To acquire all the shares of RISA Partners NAHA INC, a hotel owning and operating company in Japan on 30 Sep 2011 for JPY3.8m which operates a hotel in Naha City, Okinawa. Acquisition is for the purpose of operating the hotel, which is in the ordinary course of the co's business.
