Pteris Global: Follow up on 15th July signing of MOU.Has acquired 100% of Aeromobiles, a Sg co which designs, manufactures and maintains aircraft ground support equipment for $5m, of which $1m may be in cash or by issue of 8.3m new shares at issue price of $0.12, remaining consideration will be paid in cash.
