United EnvioTech: Announced that it has signed an agreement to build a wastewater treatment plant for an industrial park via BTO scheme of arrangement. The total investment for the project is estimated to be Rmb 220m or $42m. Project is second investment Co has made in Dafeng City.
Grp remains confident in prospects of Dafeng city due to tremendous progress made in the city over yrs. Utilisation rate on existing plant has been consistent, with a good return on investments. The project will commence immediately and is expected to be completed by FY12 and will be funded by proceeds from last share placement and bank financing.
