Fraser Comm Trust

Fraser Comm Trust: URA has granted outline planning permission for the redev of 371 Beach Rd, Keypoint into a comm and resi dev. Total approved GFA of 36.3k sqm with a resi portion of not less than 60% of GFA and comm portion of not more than 40% but not less than 20% of GFA. Co has not decided course of action and is currently exploring all options. It is possible than co may seek a joint developer (F&N) if a resi development is considered. Co has an indicative yield of 6.8%.
