ISR Capital: entered conditional agreement to dispose 100% of Infinti Asset Management for $400,000, at 1.2% discount to 30 June 14 BV $404,900, arrived at willing buyer willing seller basis and fully payable in cash. The consideration represents 7.4% NTA as at 30 June 14.
