SPH: and three overseas media firms have agreed to establish JVs for the development of online businesses in Asia and South America. The JV formed by SPH , South Africa's Naspers and two Norwegian firms Schibsted Media and Telenor will develop online classified platforms in Brazil, Indonesia, Thailand and Bangladesh. The JV is subject to the approval of the European Commission and is expected to close in early 2015.
