JES: To lift trading halt @ 4pm. Proposed private placement of 50m new shares at $0.14463 apiece, 11.3% discount from last traded price. Gross proceeds of $7.2m will be used to fund growth and expansion of business and for working capital requirements. The private placement will be taken up by Merlion Capital Pte Ltd, Mr Lee Loi Sing, YA Global Master SPV and Mr Yin Xiangdong.
