Sino Construction: Wholly-owned subsidiary, Daqing Naifei Le Consulting (DNLC), entered a 5-year strategic framework agreement with Daqing City Xu Teng Construction Installation (XTCI) to jointly tender for construction contracts in China. With the agreement, DNLC will provide its expertise in preparing tender documents, project consultancy and management services, while XTCI will provide its expertise and resources for construction works. XTCI is a construction and civil engineering company based in Daqing City that was established in 2007, which has a focus in residential and government building projects.
