Thai Bev: newswires saying the Thai finance ministry will increase excise tax ceiling rates on beer, wine, whiskey and other alcoholic beverages by an avg 7-8% . The new ceilings are expected to be announced today.
Thai Bev shares are down 2.1% at $0.47.
