Tritech Group: Proposed placement of 75m new shares to 9 individuals and 1 institution at an issue price of $0.25 per share, 6% discount to last close of $0.265. Placement shares represent 24.5% of existing share capital. Net proceeds of $18.2m will be used to fund potential acquisitions in connection to its water-related business and working capital. We note familiar names among the placees with the recent placement done by Mirach and CNA Group.
