Boustead

Boustead: Subsidiary Boustead Projects clinched a contract from Continental Automotive Singapore to design, build and lease the Phase 2 expansion of Continental Building located at Kallang iPark. Phase 2 will create an additional 5,000 sqm of space next to the existing Continental Building and will bring the total gfa to 16,250 sqm, and the expansion is expected to be complete by 3Q2014. Boustead's current order book as at end Mar stands at ~$500m.
