Old Chang Kee - Co. announced this morning that its controlling shareholders have expressed an interest to enter intoa possible transaction involving the shares of the Co, which may or may not lead to an offer beingmade for the Company by a third party. However, the Company wishes to advise shareholders that no agreement has been reached between the parties, no firm intention to make an offer has been expressed by the third party, and the said transaction may or may not proceed.
