OKH Global: has signed an MOU with Pan Asia Logistics Singapore (PAL) to establish a 40/60 JV to develop, own and manage modern logistic properties across Asia. For a start, the proposed JV shall acquire three properties from PAL located in Singapore, Msia and Korea. PAL provides fully integrated logistics services and supply chain solutions worldwide. With a diversified customer base of >1000 customers, PAL is one of the fastest growing logistics providers in Asia Pac, serving multinational clients including Mercedes Benz, Siemens, VARTA, Panasonic, Porsche, BMW, Volvo, Bayer, BASF, MTU and Continental.
