Moya Asia

Moya Asia: entered into a contract with Regional Owned Drinking Water Company of Makassar City, Indonesia, to undertake a build, operate and transfer (BOT) of a drinking water treatment plant, dam and distribution pipes as well as the sale of the treated water. The BOT contract will expire 25 yrs after the first sale of drinking water. The BOT project will provide drinking water supply for the eastern area of Makassar City area including the Makassar Industrial Complex. Total production capacity of the water treatment plant will be 600 litres/second, with construction to be split into two equal phases. The total invmt value of the project is estimated to be US$20m and will span from 1Q14 to 1Q16. The contract is conditional upon Moya receiving further governmental approvals. Moya intends to explore various forms of internal and external financing to finance the project.
