Memstar Tech: Follows United Envirotech's rise today after the state council meeting in China held on 12 Jun demanded improvements to urban sewage pipelines and development of other environmental infrastructures (see posting at 9:07am). United Envirotech also owns 13.2% of Memstar Tech. For Memstar Tech, its most recent 3Q13 earnings (released 14 May) surged due to higher demand for its membrane products. Management is positive that the group stands to benefit from the consequent increase in demand for new water treatment plants in China, especially from developing municipalities as population grows.
