Global Yellow Pages: entered into a JV agreement with Partner One and other parties.
GYP will invest $1m to take a 75% stake in CallmyName Registry, which has been granted an exclusive license to use CallmyName’s Intellectual Property and Technology to provide the service of enabling alphanumeric names dialing by mobile handsets in Singapore.
