Falcon

Falcon: further to an announcement in Jan, the JV between Falcon, Keppel Corp and PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Service Corp, to invest, own and charter oil rigs, and provide drilling and associated services, has been set up. The shareholdings in the JV has been amended such that Falcon owns 10%, Keppel 35% and PetroVietnam 55%. No material financial impact is expected yet for FYMar14.
