CNA Group

CNA Group: Group inked a MOU with TAMA Home and West East International to collaborate on developing homes for the Japanese community in Thailand. CNA will assist the collaboration through concept planning, facilitating funding, marketing and branding and property management services. The first phase of the development consists of premier service apartments and residential buildings on a land area of 6,400 sqm and will have built-up area of 20,000 sqm. The entire development will be built on a land area of 36,800 sqm. The project will have four phases with an estimated completion period between 3-5 years and is located in Sriracha, a city south of Bangkok. The project is expected to contribute significantly to the group. The development marks CNA's first foray into residential property development and marketing project in Thailand, after clinching an earlier contract from West East International to provide EPC works in May this year. Tama Home is a S$450m market cap company listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange, operates mainly in residential real estate business.
