ISDN: Company gave an update on its jv formation with Tun Thwin Mining (TTMCL), for the investment and operation of coal mine in Myanmar. The non-legally binding MOA announced on 3 May has effectively turned into a joint venture agreement between both companies on 20 May. ISDN will own 46% of the JV, which will be to acquire concession rights held by TTMCL to a coal mine and thereafter, to develop the mine for production of coal.
