United Fiber: Group gave an update on Poh Lian's projects, and still currently on trading halt; 4 out of 9 of Poh Lian's building projects have been terminated, as the respective developers have called on the performance bonds of the projects, as granted by financial institutions to the developers on behalf of Poh Lian. The other 5 projects are currently in the negotiating phase, on the total amount of liquidated damages incurred as a result of the delayed completion of the projects.
