Tee International

Tee International: Company requested a trading halt. No news/ announcements have been released yet. Recall, we have been highlighting Group's positive newsflows amongst which - Proposed spin-off and listing of its real estate segment, Tee Land. - Agreement with Yongnam and Samwoh Corp for the joint bidding in Myanmar's Hanthawaddy International Airport (Group will provide cement) - MOU signed with Ayeyarwaddy Cement, to develop and operate a fully integrated cement plant to manufacture portland cement for sale in Myanmar - Group's completion for Thai factories expected in Sept 2013 A successful spin-off will benefit the group by helping it to unlock the value of its property business. Tee International has plans to keep a ~70% stake in Tee Land, which it sees as a valuable source of future earnings. Part of proceeds from the spin-off would be for a special dividend, and remaining to fund Myanmar's cement business.
