AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit
AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit: Did a private placement of $110m to institutional , priced at $1.60/share; placement price was 7.8% discount to its last trading price on 17 Apr.
75% (~$82.5m) of the placement proceeds will be used to partially fund the Phase III development of 20 Gul Way, and the redevelopment of 103 Defu Lane 10. The remaining after placement fees (~$24.2m) will be used to partially fund future potential acquisitions/ redevelopment opportunities.
As at 31 Mar 2013, Reit has gearing of 34.0%, which would increase to approximately 39.9%- if the private placement was not done, for the funding of the Development Projects and the 20 Gul Way Phase Two Development by debt.
