Grp note that under the terms and conditions ofits 2 convertible bond issues, Garden Fresh has to be listed in HK by Oct 2014, when the first tranches of covnertible bonds mature. In THe meantime, Garden Fresh has to meet annual performance targets, which it has done so successfully in 2011 and 2012. Grp plan to deliver this yrs earnings target requries the rolling out of new beverage products, among them are drinks in soft packaging for children, in sizes that are easy for them to carry, and new juice drinks based on the flavour of the loquat fruit. Also aims to expand its distribution network, notable in China's smaller cities. Note that once grp successfully list its Garden Fresh business, its cash flow will stabilise and could consider paying dividends.
