Hanwell / Intraco: Hanwell lifted halt this morning. Hanwell received a letter from Mr Oei Hong Leong in relation to his offer to acq from Hanwell, 29.5m shares in Intraco, which represents ~29.9% of Intraco's share issue. The price offered is $0.63/sh. The Offer is open from 3pm to 5pm, 21 Aug 2012, just after Hanwell concludes its EGM. Mr Oei has confirmed that following the acq, he will make a general offer for the rest of the shares of Intraco.
