Global Invacom

Global Invacom (formerly Radiance Group): acquires 100% stake in The Waveguide Solution (TWS), for £4.75m, in its firs acquisition since completing its RTO in Jul ’12. Global Invacom will pay £3.5m in cash, and the rest in new shares. The vendors have undertaken not to sell the Global Invacom shares for a 12mth period except with prior consent of Global Invacom. TWS is a UK microwave waveguide transmission specialist, which designs and mnfts microwave waveguide components and applications for the military, medical, aerospace and marine industries. TWS recorded revenue of £4.1m in its FYFeb12.
