* GLP: announces new leases of 52k sm in Greater Tokyo, bringing its occupancy rate for its Japan portfolio to 98.8%.
* CSE Global: to sell its 31% stake in Msia-listed eBworx to Hitachi for $21.5m.
*PCRT: to lease 18.6k sm in Shenyang Longemont mall to Carrefour for 20yrs.
* TT Int’l: signs invmt framework agreement with Lucrum Capital to raise $200m to complete the mega warehouse project Big Box in Jurong.
* Oceanus: proposes restructuring exercise. To issue 269m shares at 7.2cts to GOP for a total consideration of $19.4m to settle a loan.
