GLP: Signed new leasing agreements totalling 52.6k sqm in Shanghai and 16.0k sqm in Ningbo. Some of the known clients include Kintetsu World Express, a leading logistics Japanese company who leased 29.0k sqm and Samsonite who leased the 16.0k sqm in Ningbo and 3.6k in Shanghai. This follows GLP’s announcement yday which saw 52k sqm of space leased out in Tokyo.
GLP now trades at approx P/B 1.0x.
