Artivision: To lift trading halt. Entered into an exclusive non-binding MOU with Intel Corp, the world’s largest microchip manufacturer, on 1 Feb 2012. Co will incorporate its in-video advertising platform and back-end technology into Intel's software development kit that has Intel's "Wi-Fi Direct" technology. The MOU will expire upon lapse of 4 mths unless mutually extended in writing. The technology will analyse the video stream to place unique non-intrusive ads on the online video content. Intel may also invest in Artivision if a definitive agreement is reached.
Intel is known for its processors although its range of products include laptops and servers as well.
