Utd Envirotech: Co to acquire Anhui Water Star Treatment for a RMB5.0m. Anhui Water Star specialises in operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants. The wastewater treatment plant under its mgmt is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is named Top 10 outstanding wastewater treatment plants in China. Water Star had a NTA value of RMB3.5m at the time of acquisition and made a profit of approximately RMB 2m in FY2010. It made a profit of approx RMB1.2m for the first 11 mths, 30 Nov 2011 end.
