Centurion: Proposed placement of 100m new shares at $0.21 on a "best efforts" basis by CIMB. This is a compliance placement to meet the Rule 210(1)(a) which requires 25% of issued share capital to be in the hands of at least 500 public shareholders. The placement is expected to take place no later than 17 Oct 2011. Counter currently still suspended.
