Wee Hur

Wee Hur: has been awarded the $150-m building construction contract for the Parc Centros condominium in Punggol. The project is a 65%-owned JV consisting of eight blocks of 16-storey buildings. The 99-year leasehold property is already fully sold, three months after its launch in July this year. This latest contract brings the group's order book to ~$540m, with a steady stream of activities through to FY2015. This compares with trailing 12mth revenue at $234m.
