China Aviation Oil: says it will set up its first European trading office, likely in Geneva, in 2013, to tap growing demand from budget airlines. Expects north-west Europe's demand for jet fuel to rise by 180k bpd by 2020. The office will be a full-fledged operation with front, mid and back-office staff to support trade in both gasoil and jet fuel. Highlights no immediate plans to acquire storage space in Europe as it will focus on expanding its presence in the region.
