Raffles Medical: says that the change of use of the commercial podium at 30 Bideford Road (Thong Sia Building) for medical clinics has not been successful. The co intends to work with the relevant authorities to amend its plans so as to accommodate their concerns. The co hopes to resubmit a proposal that will be acceptable to authorities. Recall in Jul, the co said it had appointed consultants to work on the 42,668 sf property at 30 Bideford Road to expand its specialist outpatient services. It expected to commence clinic operations in the Orchard Road shopping precinct in 1H13.However the latest devt may likely cause some delay to these plans.
