Sales at QIII – the first residential stage of Queens Riverside – has passed the 70% mark in Sep, with 193 of the 267 available apts sold off the plan, incl all but 2 of the 44 one-bedroom apts. 15 apts were sold at QIII in Sep, priced from A$365k to A$1.6m; over A$11m in sales was transacted within the month. The Queens Riverside devt combines 438 residential apts in 3 separate buildings with commercial and retail suites, a new dining precinct and Fraser Suites Perth, a 236 room all-suites serviced residences operated under the Frasers Hospitality Brand.
