Latest news on M Devt was yesterday, where Co. announced that it has issued and allotted 52,790,346 ordinary shares at $0.00663 per share in the share capital of the Company, pursuant to the conversion of S$350,000 of its Convertible Notes due 2015. The said new ordinary shares will be listed and quoted on SGX on 21 August 2012. The move will see Value Capital Asset management increase its stakes in the co. from 8.45% to 14.06%.
