Hanwell & Intraco & Tat Hong: Offer from TH Investments has lapsed after Oei Hong Leong has raised his offer for the 29.89% stake in Intraco to $0.70 per share. The offer from TH Invt was $0.68. Hanwell owns the 29.89% stake in Intraco. Oei Hong Leong had earlier sold his 21% stake in Intraco to Tony Chew at $0.56 after failing to obtain a controlling stake. His earlier 21% stake was accumulated at prices estimated btwn $0.45-$0.58 per share.
